As Chief Technology Officer, Puneet leads and executes TCTS’ technology strategy, helping clients embrace next-generation technologies for success. He previously served as the AVP of technology at TCTS, overseeing the launch of cognitive platforms and offerings, which focus on leveraging AI and ML to modernize and improve network management and performance.
Puneet has over 20 years of experience in client-facing and technology leadership roles across communication service providers, enterprise networks and OEM product engineering. In his previous role at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Puneet was instrumental in setup and nurturing of software defined networks service Line, enabling enterprises to gain competitive advantage as they embark on their journey of digital transformation.
Puneet is passionate about transformational business and technology solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science.
