Natarajan Sivasamban (Siva) is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Tata Communication Transformation Services (TCTS) – an AI/ML driven automation first Telecom Managed Services provider offering consulting and integration services globally.
Siva is also the Executive Vice President and Head of Operations at Tata Communications – a global digital ecosystem enabler. In this role, Siva is responsible for defining the overall operations strategy and its execution to deliver world class platform-based services to large enterprises, globally. Siva is responsible for aligning the internal resources and systems that delivers business growth and productivity through effective leverage of technology.
Prior to his role in Tata Communications Ltd., Siva was the Vice President and Head of Global Corporate Affairs at Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd. Siva was also the Vice President and Global Head of the telecommunications business unit at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). A business leader with over 3 decades of experience, with a post-graduate degree from University of Delhi, Siva has successfully driven global sustainable business growth, managing multi-cultural global workforce across technology domains and industry verticals.
