Chief Executive Officer
Agnel Navin is the Chief Executive Officer of Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS) and is responsible to further the company’s mission to be the cornerstone of cutting-edge networking services and solutions to empower businesses in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
Before becoming CEO, Agnel served as the head of delivery of TCTS for a decade, where he led the delivery of large telecom digital transformation projects for international markets. As delivery head, Agnel was instrumental in delivering excellence across the company’s operations value chain while also contributing to Business Process Framework, Enterprise Design Thinking, Advanced RPA and Data Science. With 20+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Agnel has held positions of increasing responsibility at KVH (COLT), Cable & Wireless (Vodafone) and Reliance Jio.
A strong believer in fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning and growth, Agnel promotes a ‘people growth can help a company grow’ mindset and focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction. Agnel holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the University of Madras.
